Terms & Conditions Raze88 – Platform Usage Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raze88 website, accessible at raze88.best and all sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services operated by Raze88 ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies, guidelines, and notices published by Raze88 from time to time.

Access to the Raze88 Platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you acknowledge and confirm that you satisfy all stated requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Raze88 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform in any capacity whatsoever.
• You are a mentally competent individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any other individual, corporate entity or third party without Raze88's prior written authorisation.
• You are not on any prohibited or restricted persons list maintained by any relevant regulatory body or authority.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or directives applicable to you in your location.
• You have never had a Raze88 account closed or suspended previously due to a breach of Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of Raze88 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All details submitted during registration must be your own genuine information.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only on the Raze88 Platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your Raze88 username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Any activity carried out on your account using the correct login credentials is deemed to have been performed by you, even if done without your knowledge. Please report any unauthorised access to the Raze88 support team immediately.
• Raze88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian IC or utility bill) for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes before processing any withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary.
• The name on your Raze88 account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
• You must update your account information should there be any changes to your registered phone number, email address, or bank details.

Raze88 supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Raze88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

• Accepted deposit methods include: DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.
• Only deposits made using a payment method in your own name will be accepted. Depositing via another person's account or card is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Raze88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Raze88's control.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Raze88 account within a few seconds to five minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.
• Raze88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Raze88 is committed to processing member withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following terms and conditions govern the withdrawal of funds from your Raze88 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal request. There is no standard daily maximum, though withdrawals above a certain amount may be subject to additional review.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for requests that meet all applicable conditions. Withdrawals requiring additional security checks may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used for the deposit, and must be under the same name as the registered Raze88 account.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only eligible cash balances may be withdrawn at any time.
• Raze88 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review, KYC procedures, or investigation of suspicious activity. Such reviews do not affect your right to receive legitimate funds.
• Should your bank account or e-wallet be unavailable at the time of processing, Raze88 will attempt to contact you for alternative details. It is your responsibility to ensure that up-to-date payment information is always maintained in your account.

Raze88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out in each respective promotional offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. These requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse.
• Raze88 reserves the right to cancel or claw back any bonus reasonably suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent means, promotion abuse or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are for the sole use of the account that registered for them and may not be transferred to or shared with any other account.
• Raze88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to compliance requirements.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, Raze88's decision shall be final, subject to the established appeals procedure.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on the Raze88 platform, covering football betting, live casino, slots, poker, badminton, e-sports, and lottery:

• All game results recorded by the Raze88 system are final, except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, Raze88 will refer to transaction records stored in the system to determine the status of the bet. Where the status cannot be determined, the bet in question may be fully refunded.
• For football betting, all bets are settled based on regular time (90 minutes) only unless otherwise stated. Extra time, time extensions and penalty shootouts are not taken into account unless those specific markets are explicitly offered.
• The use of automated assistance software (bots), unauthorised analytical tools, or any method that confers an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited across all Raze88 platforms.
• Bets placed after the start of an event (for pre-match markets) will be voided and refunded. This includes football bets placed after the opening whistle for pre-match markets.
• Raze88 reserves the right to decline, block, or limit any wager without providing a reason, particularly for unusually large bets or those with the potential to manipulate the market.

To keep the Raze88 platform a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false identity information, using another person's identification card or documents, or engaging in any form of deception during registration or while using the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the Raze88 Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities. Raze88 complies with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws and reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Poker Collusion: Secret collusion between two or more poker players to manipulate match outcomes for unfair mutual gain.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any technical bug, system vulnerability or odds calculation error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Disruption to Other Members: Any form of threats, abuse, harassment or inappropriate communication directed at other members through any communication channel on the Platform.

• Raze88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Accounts suspended pending completion of identity verification will be reinstated once the required documents have been submitted and verified by the Raze88 team.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Raze88 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any funds in that account depending on the nature of the breach. For breaches not involving fraud, any cash balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Raze88 customer support team. Any eligible cash balance will be returned via the relevant payment method.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or closure in accordance with Raze88's inactive account policy as in effect at that time.

Raze88 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Raze88's privacy policy, available at Privacy Policy page page.

• The personal information you provide to Raze88 will be used solely for account management, transaction processing, service-related communications and legal compliance purposes.
• Raze88 protects all data with 256-bit SSL encryption and enforces strict access controls to ensure that only authorised personnel can access member information.
• Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.
• Raze88 retains transaction records and account activity logs for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes. Data retention periods are in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

• Raze88 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, server downtime, network failures or any technical event beyond our reasonable control.
• Raze88 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome or results of any game or bet. All games involve financial risk and outcomes are either random or skill-dependent.
• Under no circumstances shall Raze88's total maximum liability to any member exceed the cash balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises.
• Raze88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this Platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
• You acknowledge that betting carries real financial risk and you accept full responsibility for all betting decisions you make. Raze88 is not liable for any betting losses incurred by members.

• Raze88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor changes may come into effect without prior notice.
• For changes that are material in nature and significantly affect members' rights or obligations, Raze88 will provide at least 7 days prior to those changes taking effect, via email or in-platform notification.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Any eligible cash balance will be returned in accordance with our standard account closure procedure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

• Raze88 operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and relevant anti-money laundering legislation.
• In the event of a dispute between a member and Raze88, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through Raze88's customer support channels before escalating the matter to court.
• Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
